committed to delivering your art materials, paints, brushes, canvases, and accessories safely and efficiently. The following terms
and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order
confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom / Special Orders: Custom canvas stretchers or specialty paint mixes may require an additional 2–4 business days
for preparation.
High Volume Periods: During promotional sales, holiday seasons, or new product launches, processing times may be
extended by 1–2 business days.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping
speed.

Standard Shipping 7 – 12 Business Days Flat Rate $4.99 (Free for orders over $60)
Express Shipping 3 – 5 Business Days Calculated at checkout (approx. $14.99 - $19.99)
International Shipping 10 – 20 Business Days Calculated at checkout based on destination

Special Care Packaging for Art Supplies
Liquid paints, delicate brush sets, stretched canvases, and heavy wooden easels are packaged with reinforced protective
wrap and sturdy outer boxes to protect against transit damage and climate fluctuations.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
AuraArt Supplies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping
are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, import duties, etc.).

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY & FAILED DELIVERY
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or
incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address or failure to collect from a
local postal hub, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
6. DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT
If you receive your order with damaged items (e.g., leaked paint tubes, broken easel parts, or dented canvases), please save all
packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at kghghdf@memorchange.homes within 48 hours of
delivery.
Please attach clear photos of the damaged items and shipping box so that our team can initiate a courier investigation and
arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please inspect your premises,
check with neighbors, and contact your local post office or courier. If the issue remains unresolved, please email our support
team for assistance in filing a carrier search claim.
